Among the female artists who debuted in the second half of 2020, STAYC recorded the number one album sales.

According to the album sales results for the second half of 2020 released by HANTEO Chart, Korea’s largest album aggregation site on January 19, STAYC’s 1st single “Star To A Young Culture” has accumulated sales of 21,909 single albums in total. This is the number one for a female group who made their debut in the second half of last year.

It is unusual for a girls group to record initial sales of 10,000 or more, and STAYC boasted a unique rookie power while recording a total of 10,295 initial sales. In particular, STAYC is the only female group that debuted in the second half of 2020 to achieve initial sales of more than 10,000 copies.
